I tried with breaking on all exceptions. JSFiddle handles some errors, so then they pop up. I have tested with localhost with the same situation in iframe, sending by post method, trying to get something back and it runs without errors, but no dialog window showed up.
Debugged step by step - all runs without any errors, but file is not downloaded and there's no dialog window. My point was that the ones that "pop up" first are different in Edge and IE I didn't try to make them recover or ignore their errors. Mornin' guys, I happen to have a problem with a single Win7 x64 machine. So my guess is, that there has to be something weird going on on that machine with my users. I tried it with another user who has no problems on his own machine and he didn't get any prompts on that particular machine as well.
